Monitor
The monitor shows how far each document has got. Every document runs through the same chain of states – from selection in the source to completion – so you can always tell where something is stuck.
What is this for?
- Follow the state of every document.
- Spot clarification cases and errors and restart them after correction.
- Trace duplicates that were deliberately not sent.

How to set it up
- The states in order: selected → mapped → validated → packaged → sent → completed.
- On the online route, accepted or rejected by DATEV appears between “sent” and “completed”.
- The file route has no such feedback – there the flow regularly ends at “sent” and “completed”.
- Clarification case means: validation raised an issue, the document awaits correction and was not sent.
- Duplicate means: the document was delivered before and was therefore skipped.
- After correction the document is selected again and runs through the chain from the start.
