Document transfer (file)

On this route NCS-DATEV produces a document package and places it in a folder monitored by DATEV Belegtransfer, which handles delivery to the tax firm. This route is available from the first release and requires no approval by DATEV.

What is this for?

• Get started without registering with DATEV.
• Hand over document images and record data together in one package.
• Keep using the Belegtransfer the tax firm already has in place.

How to set it up

1. Configure the folder monitored by Belegtransfer.
2. NCS-DATEV produces one package per delivery: a descriptor file, the record data and the matching PDF files.
3. The package is placed in the folder – the journal entry then reads “sent”.
4. Belegtransfer collects it and transmits it to the tax firm.
